Yutaka,

1st, I did get CD today, I will give to Dierdre tonight; I hope it's right.

As to NTT:

The HPS PLC is supposed to only look at the system in control for E-Stop reset. When the ball valves are switched, the HPS PLC does an HPS E-STOP. The console in control then can reset it. Therefore, when the HPS system is switched to the old analog console, the analog hps control reset MUST be pushed to reset the hps E-STOP. When the control is switched to the new system, the 469D program has to do a reset to get a hps E-Stop reset. Also, when the 469D program is started it does send a hps E-STOP command to the PLC. The PLC should ignore that command if the ball valves are not selecting the new system. (PLC bug). To make sure, try the following the next time that you are at NTT:

1. Make sure 469D program is NOT running.
2. Select ball valves for old system.
3. Get hps turned on for old system - reset from analog.
4. Start 469D program and see if pumps stop.
